These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Keldun iOS application (“Keldun,” “the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Your use of Apple’s App Store is also subject to Apple’s terms.

2. The service

Keldun is a local PC build lifestyle shell themed as “Chassis Trace.” Features include, without limitation:

• Build Floor feed (local posts, likes, comments, report/block)
• Parts Shelf with categories and part photos
• Chassis Specs (rig configurations; shelf pick or free-text slots)
• Profile, daily build tasks, build calendar, and Flux balance
• Optional camera, photo library, and microphone capture for build logging
• In-app purchase of Flux through Apple

The App is not a romance networking service, marketplace for hardware sales, or cloud multiplayer network. Seeded “Baymate” content is on-device sample data for the social shell experience.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law and comply with App Store rules in your region.

4. Accounts

• Quick Login creates or reuses credentials stored on your device.
• Logout clears the session and returns you to Login; local content remains unless deleted.
• After logout, cold start does not automatically open the home screen.
• Delete Account permanently wipes local Keldun data on the device after you confirm.

You are responsible for activity on your device under your session.

5. Virtual currency (Flux) and in-app purchases

• Flux is a virtual currency usable only within Keldun as implemented (for example daily rewards and store top-ups).
• Flux packs are sold via Apple In-App Purchase. Prices and availability are shown in the App and may vary by storefront.
• Flux has no cash value outside the App, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for real money from us.
• Purchases are final subject to Apple’s refund and consumer rules. We do not process card payments directly and do not offer a separate “Restore Purchases” flow for consumable Flux in the current design.

6. User content

You may create posts, comments, part notes, photos, voice notes, and chassis configs. You retain ownership of your content. You grant the App permission to store and display that content on your device to provide the features you use.

You agree not to use the App to post illegal, infringing, harassing, or otherwise prohibited content. Report and block controls are local moderation aids only.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the App except where allowed by law
• Interfere with App integrity or attempt unauthorized access to others’ devices
• Misrepresent purchases or abuse StoreKit / sandbox systems
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual property

Keldun name, branding, UI, and original materials are protected by applicable IP laws. Third-party trademarks (for example hardware brand names you type) remain their owners’ property.

9. Third-party services

Apple provides App Store distribution, StoreKit billing, system permissions, and optional push authorization. Their privacy and terms apply to those services.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Build advice and seed content are for lifestyle logging only—not professional engineering certification.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE APP FEATURES IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ZERO IF YOU ONLY USED FREE FEATURES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may Delete Account to remove local data. We may stop providing the App or change features. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence and Apple’s App Store rules, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
